How We Work
Consultation and Interview
Your new custom kitchen or bath starts with a call or visit to our Severna Park showroom. Here you’ll be paired with one of our friendly and experienced designers. We work with all levels of renovation and are here to guide you. Call or stop by to make an appointment.
In-Home Consultation
Usually, we will conduct an in-home consultation. At this stage, we take detailed measurements and photographs, and give material and layout suggestions. We also start gathering information for space planning and storage solutions.
We allow you to interview and select your own contractor. We can also provide you with a list our preferred contractors.
Design and Planning
This is where the magic happens! At our next meeting, we formally present the design to you for feedback and approval. You will love our 2-D professional renderings where you can visualize your new space. We select cabinetry door styles and finishes, countertops, hardware, sink, and tile selections. We discuss any necessary changes and provide pricing estimates.
Design Review and Development
Next, your designer will finalize measurements, present a detailed floor plan with elevations, and review the design with you and your contractor. Upon your approval and deposit, we order your materials.
Delivery and Installation
We coordinate with your contractor and timeline to deliver your materials directly to your home. We provide your installers with an installation package, complete with a detailed floor plan and elevations. We then schedule an on-site template for your countertops. During your renovation, we are available to you and your contractor to help with any deficiencies and make the renovation an efficient process. We know how important your project is and we are here to deliver beautiful results.
